hardtop side window replacement ?
hi.. i got a good deal on a hardtop but the side window was broken... so i was thinking of something i could do different.. i remember seeing a jk that replaced the side windows on the hardtop with some kind of storage units ..looked kinda cool. but i cant remember where i saw it..or if it was something i could buy.. anyone have any ideas.. i found a replacement window for 170 but just was curious about the replacement storage units.. thanks

Do a Google search for "Rotopak jk window" and there is a thread titled "ROTOPAX Fuel-Water-Storage & Emergency System Available NOW"
I could not figure out if they were for sale

Ya not too sure about that one....check in the write up section for it. The guy measured the window and then went to the RV repair shop and ordered the window...he did say that the window wasnt exact fit and had to do some minor trimming..good luck

[QUOTE=Velton;1945978]Ya for some reason Overland/Expo crowd dont care for rear windows I guess
lol. mostly they are not functional windows. rear view mirror cannot see out them, if im sleeping in the back i dont rely on those particular windows. i would rather purpose them for more use.

The hard top windows are useless. I cut the glass out and made my own fuel can mounts. Works great and provides a useful space. I just gave my hardtop windows away.
