Default Hard Rock rails + ACE sliders

Did some searching and nothing turned up. Has anyone tried running this combo? I know regular rubi rails can be run in unison with the ace sliders but I haven't found any example of the hard rock rails being run in combination. I was looking for a set of rubi rails locally but a set of hard rock rails popped up at a nice price.

Any guidance is much appreciated as always

I doubt they would fit but the bigger question is....why would you want to run that combo? I don't think it would look good at all.

Yeah I've been trying to envision it. Like I said a cheap pair popped up. Meaning way cheaper than Rubin rails. I was thinking with the angle of the ace rails and the angle of hard rock rails, a better functional step would be created, plus added protection. Ace rails aren't lifesavers, Im still not convinced just how bad it would look

Not sure too if that would fit perfectly. But as of looks, to each of their own, a guy here had almost the same thought of unusual combination, painted them to match the red and black highlight and it turns nice.

For functionality purposes I wouldn't suggest it. Someone on the Jeep Forum tried it.

It'll look like you're wearing knee pads over your knee pads. Like one set is there just to protect the other.

You could run the standard Rubicon rails but those rails are mostly for esthetics anyway.

Stick with the ACE sliders and call it good.

Save the money you would have spent on the Ace sliders, sell your Hard Rock rails, combine the money and get a set of Poison Spyder Customs Rocker Knockers.
