GY MTR Kevlar 35's Load Range C ?
Any issues with running the GY MTR Kevlar 35-12.5-17 in a load range C? Are they too light or hard to balance as compared to a load range D tire?

There's a really interesting thread on this forum that I read with respect to your exact question. Guy's name was Poptart, Popgun, or something like that.

I have those exact tires. I have had problems keeping them balanced, especially for the first year I had them. They seem to have settled down a bit now with about 10k miles on them. I still love them, but thank goodness for discount tire lifetime balancing and rotation!

I have had them for the last 15k miles. They are tough to balance but bought it from Discount tire and am definitely getting my moneys worth.
I love the tire and they are great on rocks but next time would be D load range

I'm close to 30K on mine. I rotate then often and balance them usually every 6-8k miles. That being said. They can be a little tough to get balance, but I've found a good shop that takes care of them. I love these tires. I will not put anything else on my jeep. I hope to wear these down by the end of the year and bump up to 37's and a D load range.

They are tough to balance, I think they develop soft spots. It seems that they need to get warmed up, they seem to drive better the longer you drive them at one time.

we ran a set and they worked well enough. they were hard to get balanced though and maybe because of this, we had issues with the tread scalloping and enough so that it caused ride issues.
