Guys with 2.5" coil lift and 1.25 BL
How did you get your body high enough to add the body lift? The top of the pinch seem is 22" high. Did you just use several 2x4's? My floor Jack works great for changing the tires, but doesn't go that high to lift the body.

Have you tried putting the axles on the ground- eg: release all of the air? Alternative seems to be that the hi lift jack works well.
