Ok, I think I am seeing the difference between the Evo gussets versus the TeraFlex gussets.

What about each companies sleeves? The Evo sleeve looks like it has a grease nipple, what is there to keep grease? The axle doesn't actually come in contact with the sleeves do they?

The grease goes in between the O-ring and the felt washer/seal to create a barrier that water and dirt can't get past. Periodic greasing replaces to old grease that gets thrown out.
