I work in at a auto/tire shop and we typically try to stay clear of the wrangler silent armors.. granted, there are a few folks who get 80K on a set, but the majority seem to have to be warrantied out due to shifted belts, can't be balanced, etc.

btw, the fortera silent armor doesn't show much problems, but that is an SUV tire anyway.

Thanks man, but its kind of a blessing in disguise. I worked for a small construction company this I honestly don't think was going to make it much longer, and I am starting school full time next semester. So, rather than working my butt off and dealing with last-ditch, not exactly legal, efforts by the owner to save the company (which I definitely will not miss); I can devote my full attention to finding a job that will work with my schedule, rather than scheduling interviews around work during the day and school three nights a week.

 

for sure! i have them on the truck (07 ranger fx4 level 2) and they get the job done. its the truck we take hunting and it gets where we need to go.. tires are quiet.. last quite a whillle and look great!!
