Gobi or WildBoar Roof rack?
Does anyone on here have a Wild Boar Roof Rack? I found a guy clearing out inventory And is selling the full open up style for $600 brand new. Draw back is drilling holes in the rear fenders.
Pro's = LOW PRICE full size roof rack.
I've seen the Gobi rack and love it but $1200-1500 is ridiculous!
I'm looking to hear from anyone that has a Wild Boar rack that has anything pos or neg to say about it.
Ok, any opinions are welcomed.
Just need feed back.

How long have u had it?
Have u noticed any load limitations?
How about noise? Is it noisy as hell on the road?
I'm probably gonna end up getting it, I just need a little motivation. LoL

It can hold quite a lot of stuff up there. There are lots of tie down points on all sides that I don't see with the Gobi. No road noise that I've noticed. I've had it for about two years.

Answer the other question, its a custom shop here in Houston, Tx. He only has two left. One stationary(fixed) and one that lifts open. If ur interested I might could ask him for shipping to ur ZIP. However, his ad states local pickup only so maybe not.

Gobi
I just ordered a gobo stealth rack today. It is pricey but no drilling required. I ordered from Trail Duty. I don't think they are a supporting vendor but supplied ladder, wind deflector. Shipping and one other accessory of choice for free. I'll keep you posted on progress
