Gibson dual exhaust

You might want to double check the forum to ensure you won't lose a lot of backpressure with that dual exhaust - I seem to remember many past posts lamenting the loss of power that aftermarket dual exhaust systems afflicted upon our JKs (most noted the loss immediately after installation and during their first test drive). Many disappointed and unhappy forum members here at one time.
All that may be in the past now, as manufacturers could have made design changes, but I don't believe it would be a total waste of time to check. Hope all works out well for you.

You'll sacrifice some low end horsepower with this dual exhaust. Outlets are both 2 1/2 inches, too much for a V6. the trick is too reduce back pressure not eliminate it

I just installed the Flowmaster 50 Series Cat back today. Nice deep throaty tone no spitting and popping. About seven tenths of a gallon mileage increase.minimal increase in HP.

does your flowmaster have a bad drone at all?

I have the Gibson and love it. My fellow jeepers like it also. I had it installed at 500 miles and added the CAI and flash paq shortly after. I really dont have any complaints about it except the rear exit leaves residue on my cooler when I use a hitch carrier... but I rarely use it so I can deal with it.

no drone or resonation. P.S. I love the look of the duelies myself, but couldn't see doing a $500 upgrade to loose precious power. To maintain the horsepower you would need outlets in the 1 1/2 inch diameter area. My little Scion XA has a bigger pipe than that
