i replaced my ball joints i guess around a year ago. i doubt mine are bad. the jks are notorious for crappy ball joints

They are easy to check in just a few minutes. Have you watched my 2nd YouTube video on diagnosing DW?

Speed dependent vibrations and wobbles that happen every time you reach a certain speed and go away if you drive faster are nearly always tire/wheel related. However, they could be related to the front driveshaft if the pinion nut or transfer case output shaft has loosened up

My sway bar links are loose could this possibly be the cause of vibration...

Not likely, they typically just cause a clunk.

update: turns out my problem was rotating my tires. the vibrations are slowly going away!

Good deal. It does take a bit to wear down the chop. You can also get more tire noise for awhile if you switched sides with the tires and they are now spinning the opposite direction.

A few times I have had cave in and have bigger tires rebalanced on various vehicles to make them right again.

Glad to hear, but did you check your toe? If you did not check your toe I highly recommend doing that before you cause your tires to cup again.
