Getting into the back seat of my 2-door jk sucks. I had an old cj 7 and my friends have had 90's and up and the seat would jump all the way forward to allow easier access to the back seat. Does anyone know of a new slider that can be installed or a mod that they have done to fix this? Thanks for any help that you can give.

I have a 4dr...so I am not familiar with your issue.
I did have a TJ Wrangler, and the passenger seat folded all the way forward.
I also had a YJ Wrangler, it too folded all the way forward.
Measure the holes of your seat bracket on the bottom of the seat. You may be able to adapt a seat slider that also tilts forward from a TJ or YJ.
Qudratec sells them...maybe you can make that work. Food for thought, at at least maybe this will inspire someone else.

I'd love one of those seats like the TJ had. However, for me it's more for getting things back there. I don't have any problem getting into the back seat -- and I'm not a small frame.

for me its actually easier to get anyone in the back seat by pushing the drivers seat all the way up and tilting it forward.
the seat belt on the passenger side is a pain in the butt.
someone actually put the belt over the head rest one time, and it got stuck and would NOT move... had to take the headrest OFF to get the belt unlocked and off the seat.

My backseat in my 2 door made a 2 mile trip in my Jeep from the dealership to my garage. A single attempt to get back there suggested it was better suited for a contortionist than the average person. The nice thing is sans the rear seat I end up carting people around a lot less and quite often get chauffeured to lunch.
