So you think I won't need a regear? That would be awesome.

Maybe I'll see how it drives then decide if I wanna throw more money at my JEEP

Yes, I definitely think you won't need it. I'm on auto and 3.73 gears, 35s, and don't feel a need to regear, since all I do is down shift 1 gear and that puts me in the same RPM as if I had 5.38 gears. If I couldn't down shift, then it'd be another story.
