Default Genright Tire Carrier LOCK!!!

Or those with a Genright tire carrier, I know I have seen others on the forum that have used a trailer hitch lock as a lock for the carrier, can anyone using one of these tell me what model you are using? I can't find one long enough the a 1/2 inch diameter shaft.

Thanks

How long do you need it? I think I got mine at etrailer.com for my PSC carrier. Mine is 2" by .25" pin.

Yeh that just it, I looked on E-trailer, the stock pins that come with the carrier have a shaft length of 5 inches, so looking for one that fits that measurement.

Oh that's pretty long. The longest I've seen are 3.5".

you can always try taking a bike cable lock, fish it through the wheel and attach it to the carrier someway

i have the genrite and keep the hitch pins attached to a bike cable so nobody can just pop them out and walk away with them

I drilled a hole in the threaded part and slipped a padlock through .... Might have to do a small cable for the 2 pins
