Default gears and shafts

When I change gears is it required to change shafts or preference and what shafts are getting the best reviews?

No, you don't have to replace axle shafts when you re-gear. If you do choose to go with new shafts, check out G2. I haven't looked into fronts, but for the rear, they have the best price, and the same specs and warranty as Ten Factory shafts.

You already have the answer, but aside from G2 shafts, check out Adams, too. Great pricing, and good quality parts. I think their driveshafts run about $350-$380.

Oh, good call. I was thinking axle shafts, but maybe he meant drive shafts.

Funny....I never think about axle shafts when someone mentions "shafts." Either way, good information all around.
