You are right, they do have them for the D30 on their site. Was not able to find it from a reseller, but thats no big deal. If I go 4.56, superior will be the one I go with then. Thanks!

We have Alloy 4.10's available for the 07-10 dana 30 axle. It is part number 52440 0408 (not listed online yet), and is currently a special order only part. Might be a couple of weeks before they arrive into stock.

-Joe

edit:

Just found these - 52419 0028 and they are in stock, and I confirmed they will fit 07-10 as well.

What about a 2012? Any reason they wouldn't work for me?

Stuka,
I have a 09 wrangler 6 speed, 34.5" running 4.10, with mobile 1 80w and 2 ounces of Lucas oil stabilizer in the diffs. I run 2250 rpm at 65 mph according to the obd2. I can't remember if it's 75 or 80, but I'm running 2550 rpm. At 80 it'll accelerate in sixth but it's not ping to give you that kick in the pants. My area is mostly flat on the way to work and hilly where I live; not mountainous, so if you live in a mountain area you might want 4.56 or 5.13.

Also, expect to have a much lower first and second. Your current first gear is about the same as second gear with a 4.10. Third and up don't have as much of a gap in the gear range, but it's more then you're used to with the 3.21's. I'm considering going to 4.56 only because I want a bit more low speed power then stock, and I don't care about top speed.

Yeah, I have 4.56's in my J10 with 34" tires. It has a close ratio 4sp, no over drive so HWY driving is for short trips only (3krpm at 65mph). But I am familiar with having short gears.

I am considering going with a 34" tires, which would make 4.56's a better choice.
