Does anyone have a copy of the instructions for installing the Full Traction cross member?

I've finally got some time to install this today, and I can't find the instructions (and I don't see any place online that lets you download it). I know I can call them tomorrow, but I have a 4-day wheeling trip starting this Friday, and not much free time between now and then.

IIRC, the instructions that came with mine was a single page of printed paper, looking like it was part of a full lift install.
