Default Full traction 3" vs. Tera Flex 3"

looking at one of these two lifts. I know FT is a big one on this site, what does everyone think? Also with FT what shocks to go with? and Are the tera shocks any good?

What about the black diamond 3 inch??

Both are quality products. It would be a hard decision for me to make again if I was chosing another 3" basic lift. Good luck with your decision.

We love our Ultimate kit, it runs smooth, It was even better when we upgraded to the M-force shocks.

the black diamond kit comes with front track bar.

I'm looking at the ft econ to start. just for comparison.

If you go with the Full Traction Economy Lift, make sure they send you a rear track bar relocation bracket with the holes in the correct location. I just finished installing the rear part of my lift and it took me nearly an hour just to install that bracket because I had to oval out the holes with a hand drill. Not fun. Then the elongated holes in the reinforcing strap, or whatever it's called, didn't line up either.

Lots of people have complained about this in the past and I figured that FT would have fixed it by now. Apparently not. I sent them a nice email expressing my "concerns". I'm waiting for the "We are aware of the problem and are working on it" response. I'm guessing that they're unloading all of their screwed-up brackets and letting the customers deal with it before including the correct brackets in the kits.

I'm getting an adjustable track bar for the front, so I won't have to deal with the front bracket fiasco.

humm.. Thats good to know. What about a rear track bar? Or is the front more important?

I love my TF ... I opted for no brackets at all ... I got adj. trackbars for both front and rear. Absolutely love it. Very well made kit, easy install. Next upgrade will be full set of control arms. But for now, I couldn;t be happier !!!

sure .. .here you go. And the benefit of the arms is recentering the azle under the wheel wells, strength and ride. Whe nthe arms go too much of an angle, their upward movement becomes more of a beating the bushings, then rotating up.

i am going to clean it up this weekend and take waaaay more pictures.
