Default Full Front Fender Replacements

ahh I keep seeing this image in my head of these fenders. But I can't find them anywhere. I know I saw them online somewhere. But the closest I found were these

But they weren't the smittybuilt ones. The ones I saw were on a Rescue Green JK, they bulged out like the Smitty's but had a tube for the actual "flare part". It gave the JK a way more aggressive looking front and kinda prerunnerish.

I was thinking they were something EVO, Poison or River Raider made but no luck.

They were full fender replacements. Completely metal and were painted Rescue Green (Shrek) to match the jeep.

I'm going nuts not knowing what it is.
