Needed a new project today so I took an old fuel door I had lying around from a 98 Mustang GT and fitted it to my JK. It was brushed silver so I painted it with some AEV touch-up paint to match my bumpers. After a lot of dremmel work got it to fit pretty good. Turned out pretty decent and save me $$$.

Thanks, I wish I took pictures along the way it would have made for a good write up. I've acquired three of these covers over the years and anyone else with one lying around should do the mod and save money.
