Yes it is, there is 24 clicks. We just did the ball joints and got the new SS. We are finding the SS on the 24th click is still to stiff. We took the SS off until the ball joints break in or we are thinking about letting some nitrogen out of the SS.

I have the same set up as you. The Ball joints took about 500 miles to break in. I didn't get the ATS for a couple years after ball joints, with all the upgraded components, proper steering angles, New axle side joints, The ATS figures less into the equation. I still run it at about 16 clicks in, and like it.
