Thanks Guys... this is why I love the forum.
Well this morning I loosened the LCA and Lower Shock bolts... I recentered the wheel. Did a big shake on the bumper and on the sides then retorqued to spec. Then I had new tires installed...
So the steering is way better, still pulls a bit to the left but overall is a great improvement. The shimmy is gone, the tires were definitly the issue there.
I am taking the jeep to my brake guy tomorrow to see if there is any sticking that could be causing the pull.
Thanks again to everyone for there input.

You may want to try to find the real problem before you start trashing a quality product. Especially when it is a forum sponsor that you can ask for help via thread or PM.

The title of the thread was not meant to trash anyone. It was obviously not the leveling kits fault that I had the issue. But it did put my issues over the top. (change in geometry).
I am sure you have said "stupid" before with out blind intent to trash a person place or thing.
Examples:
Stupid jeep
Stupid lawn mower

OK.. coles notes version
Installed TF spacer levelling kit, now I have a strange vibration at 80Km per hour. I also have a loose steering and the thing pulls left and right at different times at low speeds. I noticed the passenger side spring is not sitting straight like the driver side... maybe part of the problem? But the sprints are seated correctly in the groove on the bottom...........
