Default Front Wheel Well Liners

I was thinking about taking mine out... Would there be any good reasons anyone could think of to not take them out?

i don't run them ... and don't have any problems... but i could see if you wheel in alote of mud.. could get alittle messy in the engine bay... but sure makes it easier to access certain things.

x2
We ran them even with our chopped fenders and still that pesky mud would find it's way into the engine bay which is a real PITA to get off...now with coil overs I don't have the liners but wished I did. Flip side is the engine bay might be a little cooler due to the air flow coming in from the fender wells

Honestly the only reason I want to take them out is for looks only. The dirt in the engine bay issue is what I expected but I was more concerned about water crossings and more water splashing around in the engine bay.

Ive always like the look of exposed engines... Its all preference I guess! Thanks for the replies!

I would like to take mine out so it is easier to reattach fenders after you rip them off. those linings make it a god damn bitch to get in there and try to reattach stuff. I am just worried about crap getting in the engine bay and salt and sand in the winter.

Do they use salt and/or magnesium chloride on the roads in MA in the winter?
