Default Front Upper Control Arm Bushings at the Axle

Hey guys,

I'm looking at getting some new front control arms (upper and lower) and I want to replace the bushings that are pressed into the front axle while I'm at it.

I did some searching around and saw that Quadratec has a Crown and Mopar OEM replacement, but was wondering if there were any better alternatives out there.

if you have the means install the Currie JJ kit. I can't say my stocks were worn. I noticed quite a difference in The front end with the JJ's.

Yeah, that's just a little too expensive for me.

I saw that Synergy has these:
Synergy Manufacturing Dual Durometer Front Upper Control Arm Bushing 1/2" 12MM | Jeep Parts and Accessories | Quadratec

However, from the looks of it, I don't think that they are for the front upper bushings that are pressed into the axle. I could be wrong, though.

Thanks for the help! Suppose I'll just grab some OEM replacements, then.

You can get JJ's for the upper axle side. I'm not sure where they came from but my front has upper JJ.

In terms of bushings and not JJs, the OEM are probably the best you can get. Far more engineering and access to materials than any aftermarket product you will see.

I was told Metalcloak will be coming out with one using their Duroflex joints fairly soon.
