I agree with WOL. White lithium grease should quiet down any squeaking, and I use it on mine for the same reasons

Called Rockkrawler and they said i could try replacing the bushings they are only $5 for the pair.

Should I order them or try and grease it first?

To check rubber bushings u need to remove the part, and stick a screwdriver or similar into the sleeve and pry side to side and up and down... U will know if there shot.

Sorry but I don't quite get what I am looking for.

Are you saying put an object in the hole the bolt slides through and see if it is tight or has play? I presume it shoul have next to no play in it.

Yes u put the screwdriver into the sleeve where the bolt goes... This is with the joint in question out of the mount bracket...
And your gonna move the screw driver around and see if the sleeve is loose on the rubber, or the rubber is cracked. U will see this when u apply pressure with the screwdriver if somethings worn.
Some minor movement of the rubber is normal but cracks and excessive movement is not normal.
