Front track bar question

so it sounds to me like everyone in this thread that told you to get LCAs knew what they were talking about. Save the money and pass on a SS.. that won't do chit for you. Get some LCAs set them to 6* and then hump your Jeep cause she will be sexy!

exactly. if you really do have DW, an SS will help to mask it but not fix it. adding more caster with LCA's should help out a lot.

I'm one of the ones having DW on a stock 2007. I thought it was fixed. Torqued the track bar bolts and it didn't happen again for about a week. Then yesterday it did it again. Got new tires yesterday. Got them mounted and balanced. Right now I'm at the dealership. Having them remove the track bar, inspect the bushings, inspect the bracket holes to see if they are wallowed, and if they are ok, put the track bar back on and torque it properly. If that doesn't fix it then I'll be back to have them do the same with the CAs. I really want to lift my jk...but it doesn't seem like a good idea until the problem is fixed. I may even get adj track bars and LCAs for the front BEFORE I get a lift kit. I love my jeep and don't mind spending the money to be sure it will be the way I want and not have problems.

I guess that makes sense. Maybe just spending the money and getting a complete kit, with adj track bars, rear track bar relocation bracket, and adj CAs and then having it installed by a pro make fix the problem AND get my jk looking and performing the way I want. Taking all that stuff apart and replacing things may reveal, and correct the problem. I'm just worried about exaggerating it. Anything else I should look for in a lift kit? Sorry about the hijack.
