Default Front and Rear Bumper Question (Brand Loyalty)

I have had a look around and seems most people here run the same brand of front and rear bumper. Anyone have an opinion or has a different make and model installed in front/rear of their JK?

I was looking to get a rear bumper with tire carrier, I am happy with the Highrock stubby I have installed in the front, but the $750 price tag on the rear one is steering me towards another brand.

It's all personal preference. I run a stock rear bumper and an AEV Premium Front Bumper. I'll eventually purchase an AEV rear only bc I love the looks and function of it, but if something comes out in the future that I like more, I'll buy that instead (as long as its made in the USA).

I'm running rock hard front and rear bumpers. Great quality and looks!

I think most jeeps are mutts. I have a ARB front bumper, Body armor side steps, orfab rear bumper and a Teraflex tire carrier. As long as the colors and textures look close and match it looks fine.

I agree that most jeeps are mutts. I have products from a bunch of vendors installed - Lod, Poison Spyder, River Raider, Rugged Ridge, Rock Krawler, JKS, Teraflex etc. I wouldn't worry about having matching bumpers.

No brand loyalty here at all, PSC front and EVO rear. It's your Jeep build it however you like. If PSC made a rear bumper/carrier that I actually liked I probably would've gotten it but they don't so...

I run Hanson front and rear bumpers. They make really nice products. I like the fact that the 2" receiver on the rear bumper is frenched into the bumper so it doesn't hang down like on a lot of other bumpers. I also like the fact that both bumpers have a 'smooth' powder coat finish. Too many bumpers only come 'texture' powder coated and i don't like that look or how well it holds up.

The only brand loyalty I try to have is products fabed here in the U.S. I look at it this way. A Wrangler is an American Icon assembled in Toledo, Ohio. I don't want a bunch of China steel on my rig. I did buy a winch that came off the slow boatbut my wallet wasen't deep enough for the Warn I wanted. It's hard to avoid some over sea's products, but there are many great fab shops for bumper's and armour here in the U.S.
