Default Front pinion angle question.

Does anyone think that my stock front driveshaft with this angle could be causing me some vibrations? I am trying to isolate a vibration I have and I can't figure it out. I recently thought it was my tires, but still have it after they got road force balanced today. This vibration is harmonic and happens around 60-70mph's but doesn't changed when I let off the gas, put it to the floor or coast in neutral.

I have a teraflex 2.5" coil lift with front lower control arms set at 22 7/8" drivers side and passenger set at 23". My caster is around 5.5-6.0 degrees, should I get this around the 4 degree range?

Hum! Thanks

you shouldn't be having any vibes with the setup you have but, one way to know for sure is to pull the shaft and take your jeep for a spin.

Ya l was thinking of that. Is their a torque pattern on those upper driveshaft bolts when I reinstall it? Like a star pattern or something?

nope, just reinstall and go. looking at your pics, the angle of your shaft looks pretty good. i would double check to see if maybe you've knocked off any weights on either of your shafts. that would throw it off.

oh, i also see that you have a 2-door with adjustable rear upper arms. do you have a new drive shaft to go with them? if so, could be your pinion angle is off there. that would also cause vibrations as described.

Nope I still have the stock one for now. Here is how it looks. Doesn't seem bad to me?

actually, it looks a bit high at the pinion to me but, that shouldn't make a difference being that it's a cv joint. all things being equal, i would go back to pull the front shaft and seeing if that helps. if so, could be it's just out of balance.

Thanks I will give it a shot!
My rear pinion does look a little high, but I am putting a 1" rear space on the back so that should line it back up.
