Default front license plate on stubby bumper

I want to do a minimalist bumper and possibly the recessed winch (vs not recessed). something like the Olympic Winch recovery kit (Sale winch mounting system for Wrangler JK).

But for those who have something like this, what do you do about the front tag (required in Texas)?

I should add: with a hawse fairlead

I did finally get the search to pull up old threads but if there any new ideas

I have the hawse mount from Warrior Products. There are a few others that make similar mounts.

I like the AEV hawse fairlead if you're running a synthetic line. If you're running steel cable there are a lot of clip on options - they clip onto the rollers.

Roc Dog makes a cool removable plate mount for hawse. Plugs into the fair lead slots with rubber clips, pull off for the trail.

I don't run a front plate on my stubby. Looks ugly.
