I’ve seen front bumpers with receiver hitches on trucks, pretty common, but I haven’t seen any for Jeeps. Somebody has to make them, pretty handy for a winch mount you can move front to back and for tow hooks and trailer ball, a buddy of mine pushes trailers into the parking spots at his work, he is a boat mechanic and he moves a lot of trailers a day, there should be one out there somewhere
I purchased a new 2011 JKU. At that time no one had come out with a winch mounting plate. So I designed my own for a Warn HD winch/compressor combination. I subsequently purchased a 2013 JKU Rubicon and modified my winch mounting plate for that metal stock bumper of which these pictures were taken .
Attached to the bottom of the plate I added a front receiver mount. As you can see I have also added a high lift jack, axe, shovel, 24" light bar, and an antenna mount (which currently does not have an antenna mounted). This is Jeep #6 for me. I have liked the others but I L O V E this Rubicon. Notice in the pictures ONLY the pic with the license plate has the actual mountings for the shovel etc. the other pictures were for mock-up only but I included them to give different views.

Front hitch / receiver with after market bumper?
