Why do you want to fab one up, it's much easier just to buy and install one.

Where those 4 bolts are for the dring mount I want a 2" receiver hitch on each side of the bumper. I want it to hook up a couple "toys" up front

To the OP. I have a front hitch. The same one posted in this thread. I use it a lot. No issues. Easy install.
