Front End F**K Up

Looking at the pics u posted. Pic 4 of the driver side of the tie rod. It looks like there is no way your toe is set right. There is way too much extension on the tie rod on the drivers side. I have the same tie rod and have about three threads exposed on the double adjuster. Yours is almost fully extended. Are you sure you have a tie in on the front of the wheels. Because if they were tied out it would cause the steering bs ur feeling.

If the Jeep easily follows voids in the road and sort of wanders when cruising straight its your caster. Does the wheel return to center on its own when your driving on straight flat ground? Did you get a read out from the alignment? If so what was your caster at?

That's what so funny, last week the alignment was fine. With no numbers to confirm.
Now with track bar replacement, it's fixed, kind of.
If a sway bar link is loose it makes noise. On top of that unless one is missing it shouldn't effect city driving nearly at all.
As stated above if it's flighty caster is more likely the culprit. Oddly enough you're barely raised enough with any lift for that to seem like it's so far out of whack it's causing your problem.
As also stated, by multiple individuals, your choice of tire and wheel combo needs to be confirmed as not being the issue.
22" is a lot of centrifugal force with such a large tire on a nearly stock 30.
