Default Front Driveshaft Replacement

So I am not really sure about what all I need to replace my front driveshaft. I have an unlimited that has the torn boot on the front DS; which will eventually fail. I understand they type of driveshaft to replace it with, but I am not sure about control arms or other items.

What is needed to properly replace the front driveshaft?

for the front, all you need is the drive shaft. it should come with new yokes or OEM connections. unlike the rear, you will not need to addressed your pinion angle.

I also have a front driveshaft boot torn. It tore due to contact with the transmission pan during full flex.
I had my drive train centered with an adjustable trackbar, but it needs to be slightly driver-side to avoid contact with stock D/S's.
A replacement driveshaft is also in my future which will be slightly narrower...

Hmmm, you've asked that a couple times, any particular reason?

If you slam a DS on a rock there is a good chance it'll bend slightly and that WILL cause bad vibrations. It may only show up at certain speeds.

Because I have read posts about driveline vibrations and nobody answered my questions. I would fully expect a bent DS to cause vibrations. I am concerned with the double CV on the stock pinion angle and if it needs adjustments to prevent it.

I really did not think it was an unfair question to ask.

Just expanding on the vibration question. My rear angle is all set up even and ready to be replaced. If pinion angle is so critical in the rear to prevent vibration, what is different in the front. With my caster set at 6 degrees, the angle at the transfer case is much more severe than the rear and looks like it may actually fail first. If I were to dial back the castor to 4-5 degrees, I can't imagine it would improve the angle much? Can anyone weigh in about the looks of their front angle at the xfer case. Does it look the same as mine? Oh that doesn't sound right!
