After talking to RK and James over at Adam's Driveshafts it looks like I'll have to use spacers still if I want to avoid limit straps.

You would just need 1 limit strap mounted at the differential. $25 plus some mounting brackets, but a proper set up would be one on each corner and at the differential to protect the shocks and driveshafts.
