G2 makes d44's for the TJ and WK, did they finally do one for the JK?. I think you're stuck with the Tera44 and PR44.

Both should be priced about the same. Empty housings around 2k, fully loaded somewhere around 5k, depending on components. Guessing your 'double the price' comparison was an empty Tera44 housing vs a complete PR44? Fill the tera housing with goodies and re-compare.

5/16 thick Tube vs. Prorock 1/2 thick tube? Not sure how a thinner walled tube of the same material is stronger

Equally not sure why you would be new to the market with an inferior product right off the bat.

Aren't they taking the Teraflex route of larger diameter? Thought that's what I read. Diameter and wall thickness are two options to achieve a similar goal.

Interesting, hadn't seen that announcement.

So it looks like:
2.50" x 1/4" - Stock
3.00" x 1/4" - G2
3.25" x 1/4" - Tera44
3.00" x 5/16" - PR44
3.00" x 1/2" - PR44/U

I did not see any indication that the G2 is caster corrected?
Any pricing info? Or just a pre-release notice?

(Found some posts on another forum that indicate $2k for the bare G2 housing, same as PR and Tera. That forum also indicates thicker tubes, but G2 shows them as 1/4", not the 5/16" posted there. Think he got the tubes and brackets confused.)

Has the G2 actually been released? Or are you just going by hearsay?

I just went through the teraflex vs dynatrac debate. Identically built axle assemblies came out to $400 difference. $4875 for a built teraflex vs $5275 for a built prorock 44. Not exactly double.
