I weighed my Jeep right before and it was supposedly exactly 5,000 pounds.
Then afterwards same scale said 5,200.
Which seems off between the heavier axles and the 37's

I'm running a 44 rear, trussed and 3 linked in the rear and a 30 in the front with artec truss and gussets. Haven't had any issues but I also don't rock hop or fully punish my rig.

how much are the gussets? 230$?..Plus welding and nit-picking? Just a suggestion ...they offer HD knuckles for 550$..already beefed and set for steer/drag flip and larger ball joints. That plus 4-500$ in axles and you have a 40% stronger dana 30. It should hold up very well. just dont try to tear your gear set out by a 3" vertical climb.:(

Doing diff cover, ball joints, sleeves, gussets and new hd tie rod for $1300. Once i built a replacement 44 with new 4.88 r&p and axle shafts i was out over 4500k. Not made of money lol. Still a decent axle that will hold up to my needs.
Yes my kobota 7000 gen set is 598lb empty weight. Holds 5 gal of diesel which adds 30lbs i would guess?

I know this coming year of Jeeping I should be able to do the same trails as last year but with a lot less effort, or what we often refer to as the skinny pedal...
Between the bigger tires and the lockers/gearing I'm expecting a pretty big change.

If you can make a Dana 30 survive with 37s, you aren't wheeling trails and obstacles that require 37s.
If you wheel trails and obstacles that require 37s, then the Dana 30 ring and pinion won't survive 37s.
