Default Front bumper modification help!

Ok metal fab guys. I need to cut 4 openings on this bumper to fit 4 "fog" lights or flush mount leds whatever you want to call them. I want one at the end cap and one where the existing fog light holes are. On each side obviously. So how would I go about doing this? Metal fab is not a strength of mine

I used a jigsaw with metal blade and they worked out great! However no one commented in this which is kinda lame:/ anyways here is the finished product!

if I were to attempt this, ild measure out my mount points evenly, mark, drill the corners, then either use a dremel with a metal eater head, or a jig saw with metal blades to run the edges of the box holes. mind you youll want to use a clamped on straight edge so you cant wander outside of your marked cutting area, because frankly **** happens if you dont, and bumpers cost money.
