Front bumper chop
Somewhere I saw a post from someone who cut their front bumper down and folded the plastic skin over the side and then fused the plastic together so it looked like it came that way stock. I searched and looked everywhere. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where it is?
Thanks!

I think you might be talking about Woods' bumper...
Take a look at this thread on page 6 and on. Woods has more pics as well as a short write up of how he did it.

Thanks, the winch mount was much easier than the stubby mod. The winch just needs a little cutting and drilling and doesn't have as much "finish" work. The hardest part about the stubby is cutting the plastic right so that it folds back and fits before you "weld" it. Just cut big and make several trims to get it just right. Heating it with a torch helps it to bend easier and stay in place. Also, the plastic bumper repair epoxy from Advance Auto really helps strengthen the joints after you get them soldered together. I put it on pretty thick on the back sides of the seams and used a smaller amount on the outside and sanded it down even.
