Default Front bumper

Need help/advise. I have approximately $400.00 to spend on a front bumper. With my budget I've been looking at the Warrior Products Stubby with the pre-runner bar. Any others in this price range I should look at? My only requirements are that it'll hold a winch, preferably a stubby or mid-width, and that it has a bar or stinger.

I've seen Bestop HighRock front bumpers, and I have their rear bumper w/ a tire carrier.
They are well made and solid.

I too run the Bestop Pavement Ends bumper. Very affordable, still very strong enough to take a beating. Such a simple design, you can add just about anything to it down the road. I added a Warn skid to it, and a Rugged Ridge hoop. Love it

Most bumpers under 400$ aren't going to give you much of a bull bar or stinger bar which is ok if your not looking for that..but even a stubby smittybilt with a stinger is like 450$
