We bought these from Northridge and they shipped very fast.

We are very very pleased with how these performed on and off road.

Sorry no review, but you pay what you get for... Quality.

What would I expect between the standard 9550 shocks vs these in performance/feel wise. Are these in the same league as the Elkas?

The standard 9550 will be softer than the Fox shocks. A lot of that will also depend on your coils. HD coils give a tougher ride than LD coils.

Elkas are in the same league.

But honestly, the 9550's are real comfy.

Default Don't like my 9550s

I just bought Elka's - today actually - and can't wait to put them on. I really don't like the ride with my 9550's.

I bought the fox shocks without the reservoir and really like them. I just did'nt feel I needed to spend the extra $$$$ for the reservoirs.
