Default FOX RAcing Steering Stabilizer issues

recently bought the FOX SS for my stock 2 door. dealer didnt know much about it.

i tried to install it and realzied there is no way for it to go on.

the solution according to quadratec was the a relocation bracket. i got the bracket and open the box.

first thing i see is that the bracket requires at least a 1.75" bump stop extension to be used to avoid having the frame hit the Steering stabilizer. needless to say im pissed off since i dont plan on limiting my travel by 1.75" just to get a freaking SS on the Jeep.

even with the lift i am getting (OME) i will not have bump stop extensions because i like the suspension travel.

so what im getting at is that the FOX SS is worthless to me unless there is another way to install the mofo.

any other people with the SS without the bump stop extensions?

Im seeing you have a lot of lift.

are you saying that you dont have any bump stop extensions in the front?

if not there is a good chance you never actually compressed the front end all the way because of all the lift. actually with 35" tires u have got to have some sort of bump stop spacer otherwise you would rip your fenders off, no?

the install instructions caution to have at least 1.75" extensions because of the clearance between the frame rail and the SS as the front suspension compresses

Please note that a post in this thread has been deleted due to the fact that they were in regards to a company that has been BLACKLISTED. This company has been BLACKLISTED because of their questionable business practices and conduct here. We would appreciate it if you would please refrain from ANY further discussion regarding them or the products that they make.

Thank you,

A thread or announcment telling who is Blacklisted and even Why would really help. Most of the time we have NO IDEA who you are refering to....for example is it PCS, OME, Quadratec or FOX that this forum has blacklisted ??? All of them are listed in the thread you the Moderators are vague in telling us "Refrain from talking about that company"

It is Posted.

At the top of nearly every forum here is the:
" ATTENTION: Please Read Before You Post " Sticky.

In that, the 3rd paragraph, right where it has always been.

Also in my sig, and some of the other mods is a link to the rules. JK-Forum Rules <-- bottom of that page is the list.
