It does come with a TB mounting bolt.
TB side is 14mm and the shock side is 1/2
Did not want to remove the 9/16 bolt securing my the track bar. It mounted nicely to one of the holes in the synergy bracket.

I think what familytime was referring to was the OP says it fixed all of their steering issues. If you are having steering issues there are usually other things going on, the dealer usually likes to tell you when you go in with steering issues it's the stabilizer, all that does is mask the problem until the stabilizer wears out and you are back to where you started. 
I guess that could of been misunderstood.

Cool thanks im assuming you used the 1/2 bolt to mount the SS to the synergy mount?

I have no steering problems not even a lift and im thinking about installing a fox ss and chromoly tie rod just for better handling and feel, so before you talk smack realize everyone has there likes.

Haha.... Stabilizers are a touchy subject. I'm not a newby trust me 
99.989 stabilizer post go like this
"Had DW dealer replaced SS and it's now gone"
Or
"Will a stabilizer fix my DW"
Or
"Bumpsteer = stabilizer bad ? "
Or
"Help DW" .... "Replace your SS with a HD"
Etc etc etc etc
-The words bandaid and mask get used 100 times
Then of coarse. the cool guys that don't run one at all, and they can do 95 with 1 figure over bridge abutments,
