Found a reason for that dammed plastic thingie
Hi Guys and Girls,
This past weekend we went wheelin and i found out that the plastic air dam thingie does more than channel air. It also protects the swaybar disconnect electrical connections from getting smashed and drowned in water.
We were going down the Wall trail up here @ Reiter trails in Goldbar, WA. and part of the trail is water fording up to the bottom of the door. Being its winter here and that water freezes the 1.5 - 2" ice broke up under the weight of RubyDoo and while getting through it, it must have smashed the swaybar disconnect connection and got water into the sway bar mechanical parts them selves because my sway bar has yet to reconnect at all sence saturday afternoon.
Guess i am going to have to order the Guard for the Warn front bumper i have to protect it after its fixed.

There is a simple mod using a new bolt to flip that hardware up and out of the way. My fat foot could damage something through that cheap plastic air dam, it does not protect anything when off road in my eyes.
I can't find it using the search. Can someone provide a link?
