Default FNG With 35's on 15s + Trimming Fenders + 2.5 coil.. What else?

I've been creeping around here for a while reading things here and there, but I just joined the forum recently.

I have a '14 JKU that I bought last October, and I used to jeep around as a teenager running a cj into the ground.. Anyways, I just bought 35KM2s and some 15 soft 8's. Im trimming my fenders to get by until my lift gets here next week.. And because I want some DIY flat fenders. I ordered the TF 2.5 Coil lift, and i'll use the shock extensions that come with it (Unless someone can talk me into buying some Bilsteins or the like).. I haven't bought a track-bar to go with it yet, but its probably going to happen.

What else would I -need- for 35's and a 2.5 coil? From what I've read, that will be G2G, but have I missed anything?

Good to be here ya dirtbags!

You ought to be fine, as long as your lift has extended bump stops

Just installed the TF 2.5in coil lift with Bilstein shocks and Synergy arms to correct caster. The TF kit I got has the extended bumpstops but no shock extenders. The Bilsteins are longer so no need for extenders anyway.

Long story short. I used to run 35s with stock fenders before the kit and never had problems in dirt roads or light trails. Since the kit gave my Jeep around 3in lift I only see a need to trim the fenders if you go rock crawling. I'm modding my Jeep for overlanding.

By the way... watch the TF YouTube install video a couple times before installing. The printed instructions that come with the kit sucks.

Thanks for the advice Maverick! I actually watched that video to decide if I wanted to buy the kit or not. Im surprised to hear you ran 35s with stock fenders. I dont do any rock crawling, just some overlanding and typical montana snow crawling. Maybe I wont even trim the fenders.
