I'd recommend a flip kit too. I think AEV packages the 3.5 kit with the flip now.

It came with mine. Drives like normal. I can talk on my cell, eat a footlong chili cheese dog, and drive with my knee at 80moh.

But really, it tracks well. My caster is right at factory spec, 4 degrees. I did use the drop brackets that came with the kit.

Sent from some string and a few tin cans.

If your alignment is good get rid of the stabilizer you have I had the same problem. Replace it with a non gas charged stabilizer. Try to drive with out the stabilizer and see what happens
Get a drag link flip kit also.

What tires are you running? 45psi is too high for our rigs. I would drop them to 30 psi and do a chalk test to fine tune them for the best ride and wear. Running too much air can definitely cause wandering.

I don't think I could get to 80 with it pinned. And I agree 45 psi is way toooo much air, I couldn't imagine the ride at 60psi!!

You have already got some great advice but I wouldn't also rule out maybe a tire out of balance either.

45? WOW! I run 27! Anymore and I'm a bouncy ball... The sticker on the jeep for stock tires is 37.

Default Tire PSI

Thanks everyone, I will try dropping the PSI and checking the angle of the Track and Drag for possible flip or change out.

It has everything to do with your caster angles and tire pressure. I have not seen you describe anything that tells me you need to flip your drag link and raise the trackbar (also called high steer).

I'm willing to bet your caster angles are about 1-2*, like I said before. What are you running for arm lengths? Lower your tire pressure to around 30 psi, and get a reasonable caster angle and you will notice a night and day difference.

Finally got a rep to listen at the dealer and we are doing just fine now. Not sure what they do but he indicated adjustments needed to be tweeted after a lift settles. Speedo is now correct and drives great.
