Default Flat fenders

so I purchased some metal flat fenders from ebay a few months back and I am just now starting to install them. They were from a u.s. seller and appear to be decent enough. they are smittybilt knockoffs and all metal. I am running 37's with a 3.5" lift and I just needed some extra clearance so I decided on these to save some money for other mods. But what I need to know is what size of bolts and how many do I use as the fenders didn't come with any hardware. I know they each need 2 washers and a locknut but what size and length should I use? Thanks in advance, guys.

I am pretty sure you need 20 bolts, 40 washers, 20 nuts & 10 self tapping screws. The bolts are like 1/2" long 10mm.
