Default Flat Fender Flares with larger wheel coverage???

I need new fender flares to cover my tires completely to keep the cops from ticketing me. My tire sticks out about 1.5in out from the factory flares.
I was gonna go with Bushwhacker Flat Fender Flares but realized they don't have larger coverage.
Any other brands out there with larger coverage??

Trailmods are 1.5"-2" wider than stock and you can remove them when you go off road.

They only look good on Jk's with full width Dana 60 but they will DEFINITELY keep you from getting tickets.
