Thanks to everyone for their replys. It seems that the hole on the axle side is the culprit. Well at any point this was my fix and there are many others. Thanks TF for explaining the issues at hand. Thanks everyone for your experience with the issue.

Man this thread had more replies than I thought. What a fast paced thread! But I never said it was TF fault, the thread is labled "fixed the TF BB sway bar rubbing problem" it was my problem and I bought links for my needs. In fact I will prbably use the TF up front because the rear links that were moved up front may be too short for the front with the rubi sway bar. The TF links will work great up front with my 4-4.5 inch lift.

my bigger concern would be your link hooking your brake line and ripping it off

any moving park that comes that close to a solid fixed brake line is not a good thing.

if you compressed it more on that side and the other side dropped more or then bump stop compressed more under travel compression you will likely hook that line.

I moved mine to above the frame rail just manipulated the line into place and put protective hose around it to keep it form wearing/rubbing on frame.

bad design on chryslers part to have the nice come on the outside of frame and between tire and frame is worse....debris or blow out and you could have a bigger issue real fast.

i have the 3"tf lift and similair TF SB links i cut an inch out of them and rewelded together, seems to be an improvement for me less risks less change of contact with tire or rim and frame. my SB links were used both for 4" and 3" kits so that is why i took one inch out.
