Fender flares
Chopped or bought? What say the community about fenders? I'm tired of boring factory fenders.
Pictures and input from the experts please!

I run the Smitty flat flares because I didnt think I'd be happy with the quality of cut flares. Its a love/ hate relationship with them thus far. I love the look of the fronts and the fit is pretty good, but the rears are just a little too wide and they leave several gaps. The quality is also sub par, but thats with almost all smittybilt products.
I will be removing the rears and running fenderless (no coverage laws in AZ) so I guess I cant complain too much.

Here's a vote for cutting them. Maybe not as flashy as some of the aftermarket ones but a heck of a lot cheaper. Here's a recent pic, sorry for the crappy night cell phone quality.

Oh yeah...another vote for chopped stockers. Cheap, they pop off easy, and they're easy to replace. Don't get me wrong...I'd love a set of Poison Spyder Aluminum Crusher flares, but I'd rather spend $1000 on something more useful to my rig. Besides....if those flares come into contact with something, it's going to screw up the whole fender. Stockers will just pop the clips and you might be out $20.
Mine in their current condition. Eventually, they will be getting narrowed quite a bit.
