What do you do for the ruff edges after you cut them and what do you use to cut them

Used a dremel to cut mine, and a knife to cut off the excess, trimmed with door trim. Check out the write up.

File and sand them down. Then you can put door edge trim on the edges to give it a cleaner look. I cut mine with a saw zall.

Yes trim them! I picked up a free set from a member to do just that. Way cheaper than aftermarket where you will spend @ $500 and up.

CUT EM!! Used a dremel with plastic cutting wheel from start to finish. Cleaned up the edges with my orbital sander and used door trim to finish em up.

I heard they flap on the highway. With that said, I was thinking about doing it, then bedlining them. Any thoughts on that???

I would keep the fender supports and trim as well. That should help with the flapping. I've not read of anybody having that. As for bedlining, I myself would just keep it the same...I'm also cheap too!
