Im in a similar situation with my D30 Sport JKU. I currently have 35" but im thinking moving up to 37 Nitto trails. I debated on beefing up D30 vs aftermarket D44. After all the research and calculation i figured do it once do it right- Dynatrack prorock 44 with new ten factory shafts which was added not long ago and ARB's of course. As someone already mentioned i want my weak point to be axle shaft which can be replaced on a trail.

Northridge has a good package deal on Dynatrack axles.

Anyway, whichever option you choose, good luck with the build. I hope i can start mine in near future.
