Zero difference. They are the same exact tire. Just a different name.

There is no difference, same tire. Falken makes the Wild Peak, they also make the Rocky Mtn specifically for Discount Tire. It is only sold by DT and they offer the 50K warranty on their "brand". Same tire, same tread, just different name on the side wall. I believe the 50K is not available on all sizes of the Wild Peak, but DT offers it on all sizes of the Rocky Mtn. They sell the RM a little cheaper than the WP as well.

Just got my Rocky Mtn's from DTD, I was in the market for an A/T to replace my KM2's. With the sale last weekend I couldn't refuse $559 for a set of 4 33x12.50.15's. To my surprise I had to pay $133 in duty/taxes as they are actually made in Thialand, but I still came out way a head. While getting them mounted this morning KAL TIRE had Wild Peaks listed at $288 per tire plus taxes

One question though, what pressure do people run in 33x12.50x15? Website says 35 Cold Weather MAX.

I run my 33's at 32psi. They ride perfect at that pressure!

Can anyone tell me their experiences with the Rocky Mountain ATS/WildPeaks in snow? Interested to hear the depth & composition of snow. Looking seriously at these for my next replacment on an 08 JK but havent seen a lot in the ways of Snow/Ice driving.

Thanks -

I took mine (37" WildPeaks) through some snow my last wheeling trip and they did just fine, never got stuck or slipped. If i had to guess i'd say the snow was about 1 1/2 to 2 feet deep and it was an uphill trail. That portion of snow was maybe 30 to 50 feet long? They did alot better then i thought they would have.

I decided to run the Falken's on my JK instead if the usual BFG AT KO's - besides the savings, these tires are awesome. Installed 3.5" Clayton and Falken 315/70/70 on 17x9 Falken ORC's, got aligned at about 26000 miles and took off the next day from Texas to Utah. On the highway they handle great, hit some heavy rain along the way and they tracked straight. Hit the trails in Moab Utah and traveled all over Northern Utah (including more off-road.) I did not expect much off-road compared to BFG's but wow - aired down and my confidence level went up a few more notches. I'm sure the lift was a big part of that because the Jeep just felt solid. Tires did not let me down at all. Did not get into much mud and avoided deep mud but what I did go through was not a problem. Also ran it through some of this Texas clay gumbo mud and the tires seemed to clean out ok. Don't like this Texas clay mud, dries like cement...

So now 8000+ miles later and the wear seems even, the tires still ride and handle great - I do a lot of highway driving, mileage is all since July 27th!.

315's are stated at 34.3 OD and ground measured height 33.75.

Did I mention really liking this tire? I'm now thinking I need to install the 4.5" springs and go with 37's....

It looks like your left rear swaybar link has dropped off from the top bolt!
